Linsey offers compassionate understanding, warm support and an accepting presence. She understands every person needs help at some point in their lives, whether you're feeling overwhelmed by life as a whole, or by one part that's throwing the rest out of balance.
While working with Linsey, you'll learn skills to help cope with whatever life brings your way. With deep care and great empathy, she'll support you in overcoming depression, anxiety, insecurities, chronic health issues, relationship struggles, archaic family roles, setting appropriate boundaries, and more.
Linsey employs a full array of techniques, including body based therapies such as mindfulness and meditation, Trauma informed approaches including EMDR and Internal Family Therapy, Behavioral Therapies, Hypnotherapy and Somatic Therapies, sensory therapies, writing and creative expression, and behavioral and lifestyle therapies. She'll combine these methods and more to create a holistic treatment approach, one that supports healing in both the mind and the body. Linsey has over 20 years of experience in healthcare, coupled with extensive training in social work and therapeutic practice, which informs her work.
